The Hill Brothers

Well, where do we start with these bad boys? Foxhunter Park, this little park in Ramsgate Kent has recently (as of 2024) been taken over by the Hills Brothers. A simple search in the Holiday Park Action Group on Facebook will tell you all you need to know about these two chaps.

Who have Foxhunter employed?

Under the new management the site saw fit to employ the infamous Stuart Shanks (More about him here). He also features heavily in Episode 001 of our podcast, available here.

When we reached out to the Hills Brothers and the site Foxhunter Park for comment, regarding their new employee and his checkered past, we received a solicitor letter pointing to defamation, employee rights and blaming Mr Shanks' previous employers for his conduct. The letter also accused one of our podcast guests of being the curator of this site. We were also advised not to disclose the contents of the letter. Ooopsy.

Why would the company employ someone who has a history of misrepresentation, being charged (but not prosecuted) in Northampton and has allegations of intimidation and fraud against him? Hmmm, would YOU buy from this individual knowing all this? Consumers beware.

Owners Beware...

Our site has been contacted by current and ex owners at Foxhunter Park with stories all too similar to the one here. We have also been leaked the license agreement for the 2025 season. Point 5.3.11 is particularly alarming and it could be argued is in breach of Section 76 Serious Crime Act 2015 (SCA 2015) regarding coercive control.

If you are a current owner at the park and have had dealings with the new employee Stuart Shanks or any of the management please submit your story by clicking here.
